Wind Mitigation and Four Point

Wind Mitigation

A wind mitigation inspection is typically requested by insurance providers to determine how well your home will withstand hurricane force winds. This inspection covers key points that allow an insurance provider to quote the best policy possible. In many cases, an inspection resulting in a fully impact certified home can allow a customer to receive credits which help reduce the overall cost of their insurance policy.

Four Point

A four point inspection, much like a wind mitigation inspection, is a requirement for most home insurance providers. It is a tool that insurance companies have come to rely upon when assessing insurance risk for homes. The four point inspection helps provide an accurate representation of a home's major system and  overall condition. A four point inspection allows the client and insurance provider an inside look into the age, condition, and function of a home's roof, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing system.
